This may not resonate with many of you, but i'm totally fed up with Google and just wanted to rant.
They just burned me out of $20K in legitimate advertising revenue. Shut off my account for "invalid activity", I appealed the shut off using their automated appeal system, a computer responded "appeal denied", our account rep is no longer able to talk to me, and obviously they have no phone number or email address you can call to get in contact with a real person.
And it's not the first time they have burned me. Back in 2006, I met with them to discuss how my company could help them expand one of their products. They wrote down notes the whole meeting, asked lots of detailed questions, and never responded to a single phone call or email afterwards. A year later, they had built exactly what we spec'd out for them down to every detail on their own.
I could go on and on about this but I don't think i'd be able to keep from swearing.....
