I have 3 samsung products (TV, soundbar and bluray) and 3 remotes. Does anyone know if these remotes can be programed to just use one? Not trying to spend a bill on a "do all" remote. Thanks.

Only 3?
Just deal with it or spend a bill on a do all remote :P Since you own all samsung I'm slightly surprised the soundbar remote won't control the other 2 out of the box.Last edited by peacedivision; 02-27-2014, 12:29 PM. -
I had the same problem, and I too did not want to spend money on a good remote... but controlling a AV receiver, TV, Blueray, and DVR boils down to this.
1.) Suck it up and use the separate remotes. "Cheap" universal remotes rarely can provide what you want. Maybe simple commands but that's it. You will still likely use the separate remotes when you find you are unable to control only the most basic functions with your remote.
2.) Pay the money and buy a remote. I have a Logitech Harmony 650 remote. Yes it cost about 80 bucks, but it was WELL worth it. Have a less than tech savy wife? Well you're in luck. Press the "watch tv" button and it automatically will turn on the TV, AV receiver, DVR and set everything to the correct input! The same goes for "watch a movie" "Listen to music" etc. The 650 can program up to 4 macro commands like this. There are more expensive remotes, but this one can control 5 devices and have 4 macro commands IIRC.
