Should I update my ipad to the new iOS?

I've heard horror stories of iOS 7 being garbage, and now they've done a few updates.

Should I run the update, and why or why not please.

Update to an Android tablet.

Back buttons are really nice, and more useful than searching for one that doesn't exist... in just that app where you really need it.

I've help upgraded several iphones and ipads to IOS 7 and didn't have issues with any of them.

If your talking about browser, the Ipad has backswipe, so just as nice. I do like the buttons on my Galaxy Nexus phone for apps though

Why wouldn't you update the OS?

It takes a little bit of getting used to in terms of the changes they made to do certain things, but that doesn't take too long. And the os works as well as any other os.

I haven't had any issues with the OS at all.

I personally had no issues updating my iphone and both ipads to iOS7.
I love it, much prefer it over the old iOS.

I have an original iPad that apple has abandoned. It works like new but because apple are punks it is slowly being put out to pasture with apps that are no longer compatible.

My wife has an iPad 2 that I upgraded to the latest OS. I really like it. It is a little strange at first but once you get used to it I think you will like it. Before the update I was about to get a new Android tablet. I hadn't played with android for a long time and bought a 7" galaxy tab. I was real impressed with how android has improved. But after playing with the new iOS I think I will get an iPad air.

Ya noticed that. I use chrome browser for ios and it works
