New phone suggestions

You are limited to Verizon phones so you can not get the Nexus 5. Out of all of those available, I would say LG G2 which is the hardware brother to the Nexus 5. Moto X is also a good phone. The screens are going to be larger but you will realize soon that it's a good thing and can be very useful.

Put ringtones on the phone, not the card (if you have a memory card) if you ever mount it on a computer to transfer files (pics/music/video). On some of my Android devices the phone could not see the ring-tones on the card after mounting to the PC (as only the phone or PC can have control of the card at any one time on them) so the ringtones were unavailable so it started ignoring them.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 will be coming out in a few months

Thanks again for all the tips and suggestions guys, keep them coming. I was at Costco today, and compared the S4 to my current Razr. I was surprised to discover that they are actually the same overall size (Razr is thinner in the body, but equally as thick at the camera). The clerk also brought up S5, he didn't seem to think that the differences between S4 and S5 would be that significant, but reading up on the rumors today, I might be inclined to wait. Not sure I'd want to shell out the dough for the S5, but the S4 should drop significantly in price when the S5 comes out. I'll look into the LG based on the comment above. Thanks again!
