If you think that No Such Agency (formerly know as Big Brother) hasn't been doing this for years, and hasn't been making every attempt to improve how they do it using the most modern technology (that we, as taxpaying citizens fund) for decades, then your isn't on tight enough.

Sorry, but they have been and are watching. Don't like it?
