multiple android revices... google play

Anyway to customize profiles for android devices for which apps go to which device if you reformat or re-setup. My seach-fu is weak on this and cant find on google forums. No specific forum for play.

guess I can just install manually 1x1 but have to remember not to enable synch. Not sure that is posible only at app level vs. The whole os

For ex. Synch drive, gmail and calendar only but not apps installed on other devices.

Maybe batch-backup list, and batch restore. (Scooby, is that you?)

I don't know if thei was the app I was using when I was playing with ROMS and different devices, but it was similar enough to think so. Give it a shot, and if it drops a list on your /sdcard/ (internal flash, or physical card) then you should be able to reinstall that one app and have it pull the app-list for you.

thanks 86d.. i'll check that out.

google also backs up (more like remember) what you installed in devices. hence i wanted to "break" that and see if google can remember only per device. guess i may have to do multiple re-install to figure this out.
