Does anyone know how I can get this off off my computer it keeps telling me to update my drivers but i do not trust the site.Is it a virus??

Probably Malware of some sort.
Assuming Windows XP-7 (8 is different...): Reboot in safe-mode (continually rap on F8 after the screen turns black upon reboot), "Safe mode". Do a system restore to a known good date.
If that does not fix it, then try MalwareBytes (free version), and start running a better Anti-Virus (AND don't look up what ever you were looking up next time).
