    Google Earth Issue

About 2 weeks ago, Google Earth on my computor started acting wierd. When I zoom in, it starts showing box outlines in different colors all over the place. Roads start showing green dots. I tried to diagnose the problem with their "Help" button, but the best I could come up with was they say my drivers are outdated.
I am using Windows Vista, on an Acer desktop, with onboard video. As far as I can tell, my drivers are up to date.
I have deleted, rebooted, then reinstalled Google Earth, and still have this problem.
I do have another video card I can install, if anyone thinks that is the problem. I can rob it from my backup computor.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try it with a different browser.

Google Earth is an installed application.

It sounds like it is a problem with your video card. It's overheating or something. Try to disable some rendering options and see if the performance improves. It not, yank that other video card out and try it again.

Also, when you said you "deleted" Google Earth, I'm hoping you "uninstalled" it and not literally deleting the files.

Poor choice of words on my part. I "uninstalled" it, rebooted, and reinstalled it.
I just took a GeForce 8400GS PCI-E card(512 mb ram) out of the spare computor, and installed it. I am still having the same problem with Google Earth. I did notice that while Google Earth was opening up when I tested it, that it caused the music on my Itunes to get wierd.
This problem seems to have started about the time I installed Skype. I have no clue as to whether or not it is a Coincidence.

One way to check it out is to start undoing changes that you did before the problems started. Although by uninstalling though, not everything is removed.
