Panda blocking Calguns as phishing site

    Panda blocking Calguns as phishing site

    I can log on to Calguns and access the contents pages for each subforum, but when I attempt to view individual listings Panda Security blocks access because it says they have identified them to be phishing sites. Question is: software glitch, denial of service, political shenanigans, or has the website been compromised?

    I'm running Panda Security Suite 2012 on Firefox.

    I can access the forums if I turn off the Identity Protection portion of my security control board.

      Don't know. Vipre is complaining about it too. It doesn't have enough feedback (logs included) to say why the site is a problem so I whitelisted it. Still; it could be infected with a attack... on the other hand; vipre is not complaining about any attack attempts... so it could just be anti's shenanigans.

              What the heck is Panda?


              I know that in off topic, people complained about the LOL picture thread. As cal guns does not host the picture, but displays the photo from the original site, so users were getting similar messages on fishing, porn, etc

              Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

              Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

                  Cant you go into the program and make an exception? Any security program I have ever used has that feature.

                      Is Network Solutions in your browser list of Certificate Authorities? thats who issues the x.509 for this site

                          For my HS reunion communication, a guy that had Panda installed sent me an e-mail that was tagged as scanned by panda, and actually contained a virus attachment.

                          Skewer panda, Avast Free.

                              I thought he was trying to access Calguns using free WiFi from Panda Express...haha
