Looking for 3D Home Planning

In the market to buy a house and we continue to fine reasons to modify a floor plan. ( either now or later )

Looking for the the best USER FRIENDLY 3D Architectural software.

Simply using it to envision remodeling or floor plan possibilities.

Anyone have any experience with these programs?

I used Home Designer Suite for our rebuild.

3D Home Architect is what I have used in the past. Not sure if that is the same as the "Better Homes and Gardens" version or not. I have used multiple titles for it and always go back to my 3D Home architect.
