What Search are you using ?

With the impending Google chrome for home PC, dropping service on November 1st what are the choices you've made for a Search eng. ?

I will miss the format for Google though as I have been accustom to it, or conditioned to it. Either way will have to change up for home PC...

Okay, so there is absolutely zero part of what you've said here that I understand.

Are you saying that Chrome for PC is going away on 1 November?

Are you saying that Google search is going away on 1 November unless you use Chrome?

Are you saying that Google search is going away on 1 November if you use Chrome?

Please re-state your question in very small words for me?

              Thinking same thing...

I understood it to mean that google chrome will no longer be available for home users?

I doubt google search would go away, its a cash cow.

iGoogle is shutting down service on Nov 1. Not Google. iGoogle is the personalized version of Google, where you can customize the page layout, add RSS feeds, etc.

Google will still be functioning as normal.

That said, I use a combination of Google and DuckDuckGo.

Search the world's information, including webpages, images, videos and more. Google has many special features to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

                        No quotes "site:calguns.net <searchterm1> <searchterm2> ..."
If you need to dig deeper, then no single quotes 'site:calguns.net <searchterm1> "<searchtermlengthy> <searchtermleangthy2ndpart>..." '
Everything in the second part could be if you are say looking for "124 grain", or "grains of unique"

ok so i found this http://www.onlinesocialmedia.net/201...-alternatives/ hope it clears the doubt. There are some alternatives too.
iGoogle is a service of google for the user to create a homepage and have gadgets/or small app like programs such as weather , news, rss feeds, customized on a page. There are millions of users and there are some who don't know about it. So only iGoogle is shutting down. All other services will continue normally
