Anyone here have Sonos?

Anyone here have sonos? Thinking of using their system for my house. I like the fact that it's all wireless. I heard it at a friends house and it sounded awesome.

I'm thinking that airport express units hooked up to decent speakers are allot less expensive from the pricing I saw for most uses but for multiple locations at the same time Sonos may be more capable but how often do you really do that?

I have tried the apple airport express and sonos for music in my house. I prefer the sonos system for reliability and ease of use. The sonos system builds it's own wireless mesh network between the speakers to transmit the data. This separates the network traffic from the other network devices in your house.

One of my friends is a software engineer for Sonos, and he uses it at home. If you have an obscure technical question that a dealer/salesperson can't answer let me know and I can ping him to see if he can get an answer.

I've installed a few Sonos systems at large homes/offices. Kicks total ***. It has replaced the old-school approach of running meters of heavy speaker cable from a central closet. Best part is that smartphones and tablets can be used as remotes.

Just set up 2 rooms with sonos. The system is just amazing. I can't believe how easy the setup is, and how good the the small units sound. am playing my XM and MOG through the system. I am already planning on adding 2 more units.
