MS Word Macro for File-name

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew how I could do a macro to save-as a template with a three letter acronym,the date in a 00-00-00 format (which will be written in the "date" cell), then the person's name (which will be written in the "name" cell)?

Any ideas?
