    Fallout 2

    Anyone play this game?

I love the drill instructor at Navarro.

My son got me Fallout, Fallout 2, and tactics in a combo-pack for Christmas 2 years ago, but I couldn't play it well on Win 7 (video-glitches), and didn't wish to tweak for a game that I might not like. I really only like RPG-FPSs (Fallout3, Fallout New Vegas, Boarderlands, etc.), but Bioshock (OG) was pretty good too.

I cannot stop playing FPS-RPGs, with called-shots and turn-by-turn strategy options... which is why I hope that Fallout 4 (5, really) will be on more than just the xBone.

I really did enjoy old-school PC games for DOS with an overhead view and multi-character play like Pool of Radiance, but I guess I have moved on. Maybe it is the fact that you can't just use the keyboard, or lack of time to play multiple games, as I have 2 kids.
They are not as enjoyable for me anymore, well since DOOM, and Wolfenstein.

      Best...game...ever.

It's why my GPA dropped half a point my senior year in college.

Holy crap! I remember when those games were state of the art. Damn kids these days don't realize how good they got it.

Yeah I remember that. Isn't that the one where you can get married and then sell your wife into slavery?

Another one from back in the day was Arcanum, it was like Steampunk Fallout.

And then there was the Quest for Glory series.

Baldur's Gate 2 was my personal favorite out of all of them.
