    Anyone familiar with it? Also known as strongvault online back up. I can't get rid of it using webroot in which i have a subscription. For some reason it was turned off and i got smoked with this virus or whatever it is. I'm assuming it goes pretty deep and need to know how to purge it from the computer. It's already starting to affect the computer. I looked up on google how to get rid of it and every article or blog post was varied and hard to follow.

    Help? Suggestions?

    When i first noticed my anti-virus was off i went to restore it and something was changing one character in the product key. It happened about 4-5 times and hasn't happened since.
