well that cipsa looks like it will pass and our internet activities will be fair game for any government agency. i understand using the TOR browser is one of the most anonymous ways to go on the internet. how does it work? can i still get to all my regular sights? is it slower than Google chrome? i run avast antivirus, will it still work with the TOR browser?

Well, seeing how the government now owns many of the exit nodes for Tor I'd say good luck with that. Poke around on youtube and you'll find all the info you need.

The tor system is incredibly slow because of all the relays. If you are concerned about privacy I would recommend getting a good VPN.
