but when those little moving parts in the scope system wear out the shooter will not know how to make the shot.
When you become dependent on technology you will become a slave to it.
What happens if batteries go dead?
What happens if target turns around?
Do you have to "tag" the target for the system to work effectively?
What happens if the gun gets wet?
How does it work in changing wind conditions?
I like the idea but I wouldnt bet my life on it working flawlessly. I could be fun for sport shooting for sure.I fear paper cuts far more than firearms.Comment

good idea - no reason we shouldn't incorporate technology into small arms.
not everyone will like it, but i'm pretty sure there were a lot of guys who weren't initially thrilled about switching from muzzle loading firearms to self contained cartridges either.
only problem is if we start using the new tech as a crutch, just like someone may use semi or full auto as a crutch to spray and pray b/c they don't know how to aim properly (many more people than i initially imagined) instead of the guy who only gets 1 chance to make it count with his muzzle loader.Comment
