    Rooted S3, new update ok?

I woke this morning and Sprint is trying to push a new update on my phone, I've been hitting Update Later all day. Where can I find info on what to do?

Are you rooted and running a custom rom? Or simply rooted? Either way, you'll lose root and if your running a custom rom the update might not flash correctly. In which case you'll have to re flash a rom. Regardless, check out xda-developers. They'll help you out.

Custom rom. Yeah I haven't found anything about this particular update, but I guess the process is universal. I'll just update to an up-to-date rom.

Don't know much about custom ROM's, but get OTA Root Keeper from store so you can easily restore root after an update.

You will have to re-root it if you update.
