    MS Windows Live Mail issue

I try to send an email to someone an email that is not in my address but it will not send because it is not in the address book. I've looked for some setting or what it might take to change it but nada..

Can anyone help give me a clue as to where I go to change this setup?

    thanks.

There's no need for the person to be in your address book. Just type his/her email address into the To: field.

What happens when you click Send? Does the email bounce back with some message about delivery error?

I get a box that pops up in the left corner not center screen and it says Check Names in the blue title bar, below in the box it says.
No matches found for "email address"
Then below that there is an area box that has the email icon and in (says No matches found).
Everytime... No it will not send and I know I dont know why it would not. It is not the first time by any means this has happened but it is the first time I have spent any time trying to find out why and correct...

Are you using Outlook Express? If so, try this:

Click menu Tools > Accounts > Directory Service (tab) > [account] > Properties > General > Check names against this server when sending (uncheck)
