Question using Microsoft Excel 2007 I'm pulling hair!

I have an annoying problem using Microsoft Excel (2007 version). The search feature on the program itself, and google didn't render me a helpful answer.

On my MS Excel program, no matter what file I open up, I am getting this issue. I'm sure it's such a quick fix. Imagine you have open any file. With all the grids of columns and rows, say you click with your mouse a single cell. Now you want to navigate to other cells to enter information. It would be normal to simply use the arrow keys on your keyboard, right? I do this all the time on other computers. But on this one particularly and only one computer. It scrolls the whole darn screen (left right up down) instead of skipping to the next cell.

What can I do to change the function of the keyboard arrows?

    Thanks

Make sure your "Scroll Lock" is off.

I think the keyboard buttons are broken. Thank you!

End key might be stuck. Tap a few times or hit with compressed air. End + <arrow> has a special function to jump to end of a block of cells with text or to next block with text. There are probably two End keys on your keyboard. One near the ten key/numbers area and one by home key.

            ARROW KEYS

Move one cell up, down, left, or right in a worksheet.

CTRL+ARROW KEY moves to the edge of the current data region in a worksheet.

SHIFT+ARROW KEY extends the selection of cells by one cell.

CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW KEY extends the selection of cells to the last nonblank cell in the same column or row as the active cell, or if the next cell is blank, extends the selection to the next nonblank cell.

LEFT ARROW or RIGHT ARROW selects the tab to the left or right when the Ribbon is selected. When a submenu is open or selected, these arrow keys switch between the main menu and the submenu. When a Ribbon tab is selected, these keys navigate the tab buttons.

DOWN ARROW or UP ARROW selects the next or previous command when a menu or submenu is open. When a Ribbon tab is selected, these keys navigate up or down the tab group.

In a dialog box, arrow keys move between options in an open drop-down list, or between options in a group of options.

DOWN ARROW or ALT+DOWN ARROW opens a selected drop-down list.
