I installed and played FTL last night for a couple of hours. That is a pretty darn good game, but I just wish it had more of a "Campaign" to it. Real bummer that you build up your ship for a couple of hours and it gets blown up and it is all over! I was like

I have lost an entire day to this game. It is tons of fun, although I have not managed to make it past the seventh sector. Did get the Engi Cruiser though.

Picked it up on Steam sale over the weekend for under $5. Holy crap is it addictive. I got so bummed when I was 2 systems from the end and all but one of my crew got wiped out-- my lone captain, trying desperately to patch up the ship and make it to an outpost to buy some help, when the ship jumped next to a sun and the fires just did him in. I opened up all the airlocks, and let him succumb to the sweet embrace of death, calmly sitting in the pilots chair.
