    SCRIPTING ERROR

I'm getting a Scripting error and slow page loads.

Also AGAIN, notice that there are HUGE banner add .gif's

Does anyone ever check them before publishing?

NO add should be over 100,000 bytes...

Here is the slowest loading add:

    LAK Supply - 595,575 bytes

    Please fix it.

Scripting error in Internet Explorer. No scripting error but slow loading in google chrome.

Runs best in Mozilla Firefox and apple safari

Dupe thread on the scripting error

I suggest you look into upgrading your browser.

About the ad's I'm pretty sure it was you that I tried to explain this to before:
Your computer/browser saves images onto your computer. It does not try to download the image every time you load a page it loads it from the cache. If you are having issues its your computer and or how you have your browser set up. If you have your cache set to small or set to not save or security options set to high this could all be factors.

I'm using free wireless that the city of Riverside provides and everything is fine.

How about just debugging the site?

Scripting errors with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.06? The most used browser?

and as for the .gif advertisements? any file greater than 100,000 Bytes is nothing but a memmory hog.

      Just fix the scripting error.

finally, It is not the users issue that the site doesn't work properly.

I'm having the same issue as Glockman19. I have also found the exact same problem on a friends PC. It is very disappointing and frustrating.

        Please fix it......

So you admit that you are using a browser that is 3 generations old.

Did you ever stop to think that the older browser is not programmed to read the newer script?

8.06 is the most used browser? Nice try.
Every version of IE combined is still less then the number of people running Chrome.

Chrome is the most used browser by a land slide:
W3Schools offers free online tutorials, references and exercises in all the major languages of the web. Covering popular subjects like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Java, and many, many more.

Update your browser. Hell update your computer.

Prove me wrong, install Chrome and tell me if you still get errors.

3 different computers, all running both FireFox 18 and IE 10, some scripting error on all PC's and browsers. Most problems with IE though...

UPDATE: Installed Chrome as suggested and scripting error is not being reported. Also, the entire Calguns site seems about 3x faster than when running IE/Firefox. So now, it is not snail speed anymore, it upgraded to turtle speed.
