    I need photobucket help

I delete a photo or a complete album but the photos are still showing up on forums and the net.
When I open the properties on the photo it shows the original photobucket link, yet I have deleted the link in photobucket

Photobucket has gone down hill in the last year. I have trouble just posting pics anymore since they changed everything

Doesn't Photobucket's TOA say they own the photos if you use their service? Meaning if they cached the phones and it is permanent you can't do anything about it.

Personally I used to use Photobucket until they had a virus issue and wouldn't acknowledge it, however on twitter many experienced the problem and reported it. That lead me to imageshack.us

I have accounts at both but prefer imageshack, they have a feature that photobucket doesn't offer, the ability to load/save images from another webpage to my personal imageshack acct. This is a HUGE time saver, instead of downloading the image to my PC and then uploading that image to my online acct.

Their TOA says that they do Not keep photos, when you delete them they are gone for good. But apparently the Lie !
I did a quick search on google and found more of my photos loose on the net that where supose to be deleted.
