    iTunes and photos

    Heya fellas,
Maybe the Apple faithful can lend a hand. I have an iPad that I just synched with iTunes for the first time. I did this so my photos from the iPad can be backuped on a regular basis. With the iPad now disconnected and the photos in iTunes somewhere, how can I view them through iTunes?

You don't view photo's in iTunes. You need to use the Photo's app to view your photo's.

yeah you need iphoto or another photo viewer to see them. You can plug in your ipad and navigate to the photo folder and copy and paste your photos to your hard drive if you have a pc.

Thanks for the response, fellas. I didn't know that you couldn't do it through iTunes even though Apple makes you do everything through iTunes. Doesn't make sense but I'll look for other alternatives.

I just go to "my computer" and click on the Ipad like its a external drive, then copy and paste photos into my photos

another option is to let windows treat the iPad the same as a camera, through auto-run settings and it will copy the pictures automatically for you when you plug it in.

You will find them in My pictures after that.
