    Looking for a wireless mouse

Just want to point and click in the game/TV/movie room. About 20 feet by 17 feet. An Acer netbook controls the screens. Cheap would be good, not line of sight good as well. I really don't know how they work.

No modern mouse(or any for that matter) I've seen requires line of sight. I use a logitech m515 for my HTPC. The batteries last forever, plus it has a physical on/off switch if you aren't using it for extended periods of time. The "couch mouse" that they call it seems a bit gimmicky, however they're referring to the bottom edges being rounded over with a large slick surface compared to the small teflon feet you normally see on mice. And it happens to work quite well on my couch without picking up lint or anything to get in the way of the sensor(since the bottom is flat).

Now I wouldn't really trying gaming(wireless + gaming = fail) with the thing(sc2, bf3, etc.), but it works well for it's intended use(using the computer to browse the internet, play videos, etc.).

Oh, I almost forgot. The MSRP on the things is something stupid like $40-$50, but you should be able to find one for $15-$20.

I got Walmart Logitec m315. Works fine on any surface, and works 100% at 10ft + away.

Had it for few months, never turned it off. Takes 1 AA.

Has little "nub" that plugs into USB port on laptop. Like I said it is a "nub" only about 3/16" and rounded, so you just leave it in the laptop when stuffing in back pack.

            Mid-sized mouse.

I think it was $19.95, choice of bright colors!
