Phone Plan Suggestions Please - No Contract, unlimited talk, txt, web??

Hello tech ppl. I need some advise.

I am on Metro and it is sooo slow. Also i am rocking their Blackberry. Below is what i have..

Service/speed: I think its nation wide, but is it one that is trailing when it comes to coverage. Speeds are soooo slow, its embarrassing.

Phone: I need to upgrade to a larger screen. I think I like this phone because of its keyboard like feature.

$$$: Currently I am paying $90 for two phones.

Any suggestions ? Ideally i want to stay below $100 for two phones in monthly service and would love to stay contract free. Thanks

I've heard good things about Ting, but have never personally used them.

one thing to pay attention to is who's network (Sprint, Verizon, ATT, or Tmobile) that the provider is using.

Straight Talk is supposed to be good, maybe take a look at them...
