The basic package features 5Mbps download/1 Mbps upload with a data plan of 10 GB a month. This will set customers back $39.99 a month. The other plan features 10 Mbps download/1 Mbps upload with a data plan of 20 GB a month. The better plan will set customers back an extra $10 at $49.99 a month.

This looks like a great option for those of us who are rural. I can barely get cell service at my house unless I build a really good antenna (which I am considering) so this would help me a lot. We don't do Pay-TV service but I do download the occasional movie and would like to be able to do it when I want, not just when I'm at work.
