Hey Everyone,

Does any know or can point in the right direction, I'm looking for a pc station to be placed in a lobby. I want to run a software that a guest can register on, and sign off a confidential agreement (NDA). "Secure Visitor Management Systems"!?

Should be able to do this with a web form, and a simple data base.
(and even send the signer a copy via e-mail)

I'd put it on a separate domain from your company's main network files though.

Arrange it like a "EULA" you see for confirming terms on software instalation (check mark the box they they read and abide, and click confirm)

Have a cheap android tablet, or laptop at reception

It is pretty simple to write one up, all you need is a signature pad from a vendor like Topaz Systems.

Something like this:
1. Display a HTML form to let the visitor fill in things like name, company, email address and phone number etc.
2. Capture the hand signature with Topaz (http://www.topazsystems.com/), they have a free web control you can use.
3. Dump captured data into a PDF file, you can store this PDF and even automatically email a copy to the visitor as a receipt. Use a free SDK like iText or iTextSharp, it is very easy to use.

I'm not very well versed on writing something up, I want a boxed item that I can install in my existing pc. I've been looking around trying to get demos and see what might work. My work is a small start up (batteries R&D), so, a systems that will cost a lot will prob be out of the question.

Easy Release is a model release application available for iOS and Android OS. It stores in local database (and sync to iCloud, IIRC, for iOS version), and you can email all releases as PDF to yourself.

I'm pretty sure you can create a leverage Easy Release for NDA use (since you can put in your own release text).

Thanks for the suggestions, looks like an Ipad might be the way to go. So far the quotes I've gotten are $7000 and up for a system.

Nothing fancy needed. You can design a Microsoft Access data entry form to do that. Then it will also save user names/phone numbers/ contacts- whatever field you design.

I'll do it for $6,500
