I started playing ep3 a few nights ago, and it looked and felt slapped together... i would think they have all eps done and just stretching out the money but now i think they are making it on the fly ...

They are definitely making it on the fly. They got a lot of crap when it took too long for episode 2 to come out so they probably sped it up.

I got it from Amazon before you could get it for cheaper than full price. Try Amazon and Steam and also check some deal sites like slickdeals to see if anyone is having a sale or maybe someone with a better place can chime in.
