    Twitter for Dummies Help

I'm trying to follow the Stop SB2489 topics; but all the Twitter references leave me with a blank stare.
I have a Twitter account (that I never use) and the rhythm of it it has me baffled when I try to follow a comment. It seems really awkward and disjointed.
Am I supposed to expand on a link or name or what?
    What am I missing?

If you're expecting twitter to be anything more than a disjointed mess of random comments, I've got bad news for you. Twitter is nothing more than a disjointed mess of random comments.

Click on 'expand' underneath the tweet you're looking at, and if it was written in a direct reply to someone, it will show the conversation. Sometimes a reply is not send directly using the reply button, so you have to search through the other person's tweets to get the context.
