paid litt over 100 for collector's, i want a refund. this game just sucks. I found out that the original dev team quit back in 2007 and a new team did a hackjob on this game.Originally posted by Kestryll..you're kind of a sad excuse for an attorney...Originally posted by Libertarian777...Don't pick either side....Comment

They didn't quit, Blizzard Activision fired them, scrapped the game, and had the WoW team remake it.
I told one of my friends how the game is crap and then he went ahead and bought it tonight. I give him a week until he starts complaining about it. BTW, if you got it at Walmart I hear they are taking returns.Oppressors can tyrannize only when they achieve a standing army, an enslaved press, and a disarmed populace. -- James Madison

I got a refund after 29 days from Blizzard. The EULA even says you can get one within 30 days. Blizzard just needs the key code so they can deactivate it. From what I've seen they've given refunds to close to 50% of the people who bought the game. Had to do it via support ticket because their phone lines were swamped with all the people calling in for their refunds (Blizzard said they'd give them no questions asked). If you bought it from a store you need to go in, show them the EULA, and call Blizzard while you're there though (depending on management). So yeah, it can be a bit of a hassle if you didn't buy it direct but I know many people have brought it back to the store with no hassle.

I bought the CE's edition so I'm out a 100 bucks, however, I'm selling all my stuff on the RMAH to make back my money and play it on the side when I'm really bored (leveling up new characters is fun, A2+ Inferno is absolutely ****ty to play though) and use that money to buy GW2.Freshly graduated Aircraft Structural Stress/Weights engineer looking for work!Comment

You better sell your stuff fast (if it will sell), once the next patch comes out I have a feeling prices are going to drop fast.I bought the CE's edition so I'm out a 100 bucks, however, I'm selling all my stuff on the RMAH to make back my money and play it on the side when I'm really bored (leveling up new characters is fun, A2+ Inferno is absolutely ****ty to play though) and use that money to buy GW2.Oppressors can tyrannize only when they achieve a standing army, an enslaved press, and a disarmed populace. -- James Madison

And isn't that game made by that same guy who was the main designer of Diablo II?Oppressors can tyrannize only when they achieve a standing army, an enslaved press, and a disarmed populace. -- James Madison

I am pretty sure that it is. The 1st one was just a cartoony dungeon crawl however the second looks much better. Bit more of an open world with co-op play.
Feel sorry for the people who paid big money for their collector edition Diablo 3. Wait no I don't. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.Comment
