The authors of "email" described it as the least secure form of communication and email can never be considered secure, made secured.
In an email, you leave behind a historical trace of communication between parties, the time and date.
You would have to know how to use Public Key Cryptography.
If your goal is secure communication channels: there is nothing more incredible at your hands than Signal.
But creating a fake email address doesn't cloak you in any way. Anyone can do it.
There is nothing secure about email. It will be read unless you manually encrypt it using plain-text.
It can also be used against you. Email is not the solution.Comment

Then get rid of most all your personal electronics; especially smart phones, tablets computers, etc. Drive an older car without telematics. Converse with others using in-person meetings, or snail-mail if you must. Dump all your credit cards, pay bills using cash by going to the payment centers. That is just the start. There are large number of companies with free email that don't require your address. Juno.com, Tutanota, Proton, just to name a few. These are real emails that are in essence throw away and used only for places like fb or redditComment
