Long before Google had a chokehold on life, I had several Yahoo email addresses for personal and self employment purposes. I have kept two personal email accounts and have most of my communications come through them. One of the things I have always hated about Yahoo was the fact that you had to go through the front page with their leftist "news" propaganda in order to open your email account. Most of the time I use my iPhone app and don't see that crap but when I am on my computer it is a pain to constantly see the slanted blurbs they put out. Anyway, not too long ago they started forcing open a new home page window every time I log in or out of one of my accounts. Bottom line is when I check both account, I end up with three open window tabs of that crap home page. I have tried every recommended option to block this but no success. Does anyone know how to change Yahoo settings to open new Yahoo services without opening a new tab? Not a big deal but seeing all this entertainment and anti Trump crap multiple times is a real pain.

Good luck. Yahoo locked me out because I cannot do their two step verification because I don't own a cell phone. No email option. I'm sure I have several years of mail taking up space somewhere. I doubt that you are going to get around the multi-tab, but I wis you luck.
