Mamba Snake "gaming" keyboard randomly erases entire last word I've typed.

IIRC it even does that for entire phase/line of text. Its like one of the keys has some lurking "back tab" feature. I've tried to duplicate it hitting keys I might accidently somewhat depress when typing including the "funny" keys on either side of space bar, but no joy.

Can anyone tell me what a "gamer" keyboard (with mouse) might be up to different from normal? I got it because its got illuminated keys and is Bluetooth, and was fairly cheap. Keys seem a tad "light" and too easy to depress compared to Logitech.

what is the result if you connect via hardwired? i get odd behaviors on bluetooth here and there but it's rare. if any it happens more to the mouse where it's skipping, slow, etc. i turn off the mouse and turn it back on and it goes away.

does it backspace one at a time? could be something getting stuck on the backspace key if it's like pressing the backspace continuously.

the gaming keyboard is really not different than a regular one other than feel, especially for repeat strokes in gaming. maybe mechanical keys too though my kid seems to have a membrane type gaming keyboard. not all gaming keyboards are mechanical but somethings just are programmable with rgb lighting. higher type gaming keyboards have programmable keys too for series of actions during gaming and better keys like cherry or gateron.

is the gaming keyboard customizable that the backspace key can be replaced? maybe not if you say it's fairly cheap. i moved to a keychron last month for work office. it made my mechnical logitech g915 at home and my mechanical corsair (~70) feel like garbage. kid will get my g915 once i can find a sale for a keychron q13 max.
