Played the first one and quickly got bored with the repetitiveness. I do have the most recent one sitting on my entertainment system waiting to be played. I heard that its the best one in the franchise. Still can't wait to get it started.

Is it worth playing them all in order?

If you want to really dive into the story, then, yes. Absolutely.

AC2 is my favorite in the series so far. Still need to beat revelations before AC3 comes out though.

I have mixed feeling's about AC3. It seems there are a lot more ranged combat and this in my opinion is going to have a adverse effect on game play. Hopefully I'm just over thinking and its gonna rock.

I pre-ordered it the first day you could, if that means I'm excited about it at all! October 30 won't come soon enough!

Same here. I played it for a few hours and got completely lost because I had done the same thing 15 times and couldn't remember which one I was on.

It's hard to get a bad taste like that out of my mouth, so I probably won't be playing any of the sequels.

Yes to under stand everything that is going on, i had to grind through the first one just cause it repeated so much but once u get to the 2nd game you will love it and wanna beat it as fast as possible to get to next game.

Same here, i also manage to get ahold of a steel case too. gamestop had some in stock and i rush over there, they sold out, i told them to call me as soon as they got stock, they called a week later(funny part is i was at turners picking up my Del-ton AR-15 when they called) and after i got my gun i rushed over there and got my steel case. Good day that day lol

First one is the only one like that, i hated it too, after that they get much better

Couldn't really get into the first one, liked all the others though, and III being set around the American Revolution should be interesting.
