Am I being ignored?

On my website I have a contact me page. https://www.ibmjunkman.com/cards/ContactUs.Aspx

I am getting communications from SEO people, marketing people, etc. So, either these ingrates have a way to get my email address from that page without filling it out manually or they are just ignoring the statements on the page.

Ideas?

They are ignoring your statements like any SPAMMER would.
Install reCAPTCHA on your Contact Page.
It will slow down the SPAMMERS using bots to SPAM your form.

There are online tools like Domaintools.com that keep history of domain info. If you've ever had public contact info published, then it's probably there. Is your email on the same domain? Is it easy email to guess? Have you used the email for any other online business? These spammers can pull data across multiple sources and put two and two together.

Another forum mentioned reCAPTCHA. I looked into it. Another suggestion is an invisible data entry field that bots would fill out but a person would not. If the box has data the request is ignored. I have to decide how badly I want to create a slight hassle to someone wanting to contact me. I have not had that many bad emails yet.

If you have ever used your direct email to send or receive emails from any business, then it is out there on many different lists. I doubt any of those spam emails are coming from your site. One way of testing it is to create an email box that you use only to receive emails from you site submissions. You don't use that box to send emails and you don't tell anyone about that email box.
