Need MetroE internet service in Roseville

Hopefully some of you guys from Roseville can help me, I need to find an ISP in Roseville that can do a 100 Mbit MetroE handoff with full BGP peering. Currently I'm working with Surewest who is the ILEC but their prices are ridiculous but none of my normal carriers have their own fiber in the area. Already have calls into AT&T, Cogent, Comcast, Level3, and Sprint and so far no luck. Anyone here have experience with MetroE in Roseville?
