    Netgear Push2TV PTV1000?

Anyone ever use one of these? I just found one on clearance at Office Depot for $9.99. I've got a 2nd-gen i7 laptop, claims to be Wi-Di compatible, so it seems like it should work, but I haven't tested it out yet.

Okay, I just set this thing up on the bedroom TV.

Completely painless, 5 minutes start to finish including firmware update. I might go back to Office Depot and get the other one to use on the TV in the living room.

Two minor annoyances. One is a limitation of the hardware: you can only clone the laptop display, you can't extend your display onto the TV. I'd really love it if I could extend the display, and work on whatever I'm doing on my laptop while watching a movie on the TV. The other ... the picture and sound on the TV are perfectly in sync, but they're lagging about a half a second behind the picture on the laptop. Fortunately, the sound on the laptop is shut down, otherwise I'd be really annoyed.
