Is anyone using this for business?

I don't know if they have some features turned off, but we went live with this and it doesn't seem to do much.

Some custom widgets would be neat, but I don't have a clue how to do that and I don't see much support online for it.

Haven't used it, looks like a significant learning curve.
Which features do you guys use most? I would probably get the same usage piecemeal.

That's just it, it doesn't seem like we have anything enabled that would be useful. Some people can code in Jive, or whatever language they use, but there are very few of them.

Seems like we jumped on a fad.
