Get a 16gig USB thumb drive. Copy the file to that. Throw it into an envelope and put the guys address on the envelope. Put a First Class forever stamp on there and put it in the mailbox for the postman to pick up and call it a day. Your friend should get the package in a couple of days.

Upload to YT and send them a link, which will still takes years for the upload, but it's possible if you have a YT premiere account. Or you can find some hosting website and upload it to there, or make your own torrent file and seed it yourself to your buddy? I don't actually know how that works though.
