Calguns C3 needs some programming help

We're building an online calguns calendar that will list pretty much every gun related event in California.

Our current challenge is to figure out an easy way for various clubs and individuals to submit the details of their events. Maybe a simple online form that will forward the info to our coordinator who will then enter it into the calendar service (we're using the service from http://www.calendarwiz.com).

Any of you hotshot programers able to help us with this task?

    Thanks!

You may not need a hot shot Shot Programmer. Google Calendar is pretty powerful and easy to port into a webpage, oh and free!.
Have each club put the dates on a google calendar. Then have them share that calendar with the main Calguns google calendar. Do that for each organization.

I wasn't involved in the calendar choice, so don't know why Google's isn't being used, but it's not. Hence the request for a simple online form to collect entries.

The CalendarWiz site says the software has a "Suggest An Event" feature. Details here: http://www.calendarwiz.com/knowledgebase/entry/93/. Will that not work?

Having each entry require a "second" human to put it into the calendar (the first human being the one filling out the form) will add unneeded overhead.

But, if that is what 'they' want to do....
