First of all, Time Warner sucks more than any other company I had the displeasure of dealing with.
Now thats out of the way here is the problem. My Dell Inspiron 1545 and unknown Dell model Tower both connect to my router via wifi that then connects to a cisco modem given to me by TWC. These two computers have horrible pings/lag/ and connectivity stability whereas my roommates HP Pavillion DV6000 has no problem whatsoever. I have gone through the laptop thoroughly and have updated every driver, OS service pack, deleted registry errors and cleaned the whole computer. Yet, I still have the lag, disconnect, then attempt to reconnect every 10-15 seconds. What am I missing?
