How long does it take to develop, how much would it cost? Is it a $500 labor? I have no idea. The app is for flat rate service..thanks.

I think you might find some good local developers at an iOS user group. Here's the link to the one in San Diego:

Since distance is not really an issue with software development, you might contact the moderator of that group, Jeff Rutan, for help. It's the main email for that site. If he doesn't know how to do what you need, he knows people who are well suited to your task.

There are numerous web sites for it; service offered. I researched it a while back for something and figured it was going to cost $1500/$2500 to have it done and presented for market. Elance still out there? I think that was the name of the site; its a good place to get bids.
