    Video Card Gone Bad?

I need opinions. I think my video card has gone bad. I was working on my computer and the screen turned very bight; to the point of being unable to read anything on the screen. I fiddled around and was unable to adjust the brightness or contract.

I have two systems using the same monitor, the other system looks fine. I even swapped cables, etc. to make sure it wasn't anything else. I'm just looking for confirmation of my suspicions from someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

    Thanks in advance.

If you have 2 computers using the same monitor and the other computer is fine then it's the other computer's video card. Should be a simple swap out of one video card for the other, unless the video card is integrated onto the motherboard.
