good... little thug jackholes need legal repercussions. If you can't discipline your kids or are too stupid to, a restraining order is a nice way to make sure we can put them in mini-jail so they'll be better prepared for prison when they're 18.

Shirley Zink, founder of the Corona anti-bullying group, “Simple Acts of Care and Kindness,” said she could understand Casteel’s desire to protect his son, but she declined to comment on whether obtaining a restraining order was the best way to go about it.

“It might be helpful to sit the boys down with their parents and a counselor and explore this incident,” Zink said. “Perhaps this was a one-time acting-out thing. Perhaps this boy needs help or counseling.”

I like how the "expert" from SACK (LOL I'm leaving that one alone) declines to comment on the TRO being the best way to go about it but then goes on to comment. It's pretty obvious from her comments that she feels the best way to go about this incident is some counseling first.
