Microsoft security essentials, mbam(malware bytes) .com, and ccleaner together won't fix it? They are all free

Best place to start with is www.microsoft.com/security . But for stubborn ones, you may want to try the beta offline defender

Learn how to use virus and threat protection options in Windows Security to scan your device for threats and view the results.

Create this on a different machine and then boot the infected machine with this to clean it. This should work

I run Spybot S&D. Might try that as well. It's free and it has a real-time system monitor as well as passive immunization.

Find avira rescue cd and create a bootable usb or cd. Then boot your pc from this and scan.

              Should fix your issue.

avast has an option for boot to scan. (scans your hd before it gets to windows) However for spyware your best off with malwarebytes.
