That's like comparing WWII to the card game War.
Did you watch the videos?NRA Life Member

I've played it a little bit, and I'll tell you the learning curve is a little insane.
It's not a game for the faint of heart. The actual time spent in control of the tank is a big part of it, but it's not the only part, and maybe not even the biggest part. From what I can gather so far, you've got control of somewhere between a reinforced company and a battalion of troops, spread over a distance of the front lines. You issue orders, and then in the execution phase you can control a vehicle. I believe you can switch vehicles, and even platoons or squads.
I don't really understand the controls yet, and the documentation is ... opaque, at best. This company does have a long history of making games, though, and there doesn't appear to be any lack of support or long-term dedication to the product.
The engine may be a little dated, but the pretty graphics are only a part of the game. There's a LOT of depth.
Yeah, the documentation pretty much is full of suck, but for $15.00, I'm willing to invest some time in figuring things out on my own.NRA Life Member

I said the learning curve is a LITTLE insane, but it's NOT on the scale of T34 vs Tiger. I was in the early beta phases of that, and JESUS it was a complicated learning curve. Not sure I ever actually killed a tank in that.NRA Life Member
