I had soooo many problems with these guys it is hard to know where to start. Now bear in mind, I was extremely patient with these guys even when most people would have screamed eff it.
Their low rates are extremely enticing. $40 a month unlimited everything...who wouldn't want to switch.
They have all kinds of videos on YouTube showing how to get various phones to work, even the unsupported ones...many of those videos made by the company and clearly an attempt to use social media to advertise. Except, they don't really work on those phones. Not most of the time.
In addition to not being able to work on phone that I tweaked 6-ways to sunday in attempt to get it to work on their netword (with them on the phone for 6 hours), I experienced several extremely rude customer service reps (one who even hung up on me), double billing issues that one service rep tried to make out as being my fault and something I had to live with, and refusual to refund my money even those I was never able to get my phone activated on their network...which I am disputed with the credit card company by the way.
