It all depends, BF3 is not an arena style game. It has huge maps and allows for drastically different play styles and having played both, the run-and-gun game type that comes with MW3 combined with the random spawns all over an already small map doesnt really appeal to me even though I am fairly decent at it.
Reflex training in CoD is good but in BF3 it only goes so far because it requires tactical decisions in order to survive.Be patient with those that offer advice, but be careful whose advice you buy.
