I have an Otterbox Defender for my Droid X that has worked great for a few months now, the price is a little steep but has proved its value for me. If you have a Fry's nearby you might save a couple bucks and have more options to choose from than BB or the Verizon store.

Why do you need a case for it? The phone has Gorilla Glass covering the display and a Kevlar back cover, all reviews say it is durable. Not to mention a case will make this phone thick, defeating the purpose of having the Razr.

If the Razr is anywhere as durable as the X, you should be more than fine.

I used to have a case on mine for about six months until I got annoyed with it, and have been without it ever since. While the damn thing is starting to look pretty beat up, it still works very well (despite Verizon's repeated updates which seem to slow it down every time), and the screen doesn't have a single scratch. None. And this is a phone I drop every two weeks or so.

i work at a chain electronics store (not gonna mention ) and from an employees point of view, otterbox is the way to go with invisishield...

yeah they're expensive but otterbox is tough as a tank and the invisishield has a lifetime warranty; meaning if it peels off or discolors you send them the old one back and they send you a brand new one, for life!

youre buying a pricey gizmo, dont cheap out of the protection!

I am a forklift tech so sometimes i have to work on the floor underneath
a forklift and my phone pops out of my pocket.
Also it would not be the first time i have dropped a phone on the floor.
